Owners
Lindsey and Matt Jungers
Lindsey and Matt are the owners of Jungers Farms Butchery. Lindsey is a Roosevelt graduate out of Sioux Falls, she moved to Watertown to pursue her business degree at LATC. While attending college - she moved in with her now husband. She was Manager at Pizza Ranch in Watertown for many years until she jumped into helping her husband and family on the farm. She took over the pork production until covid hit and the dream of the butchery came to be.
Matt is a Watertown graduate. He is part of a multi-generation farm family. He grew up farming crops with his parents and brother. He then decided to raise pigs as they had done when he was growing up. He loves watching football, spending time outdoors, and traveling whenever possible.
Lindsey and Matt have 3 children, the youngest of which was born during the reopening of the butchery. Together they stay busy with different sports and activities for their kiddos and spending time on the farm.

GM & AGM
Chris and Codi Renmoe
Chris and Codi Renmoe are another power couple at Jungers Farms Butchery. They live together in Watertown with their two sons. They co-own the Watertown Rebels Adult Amateur Football team. Their time is spent outdoors, chasing their kids, doing puzzles, and working anything mechanical that Chris can get his hands on.
Codi is a Roosevelt graduate out of Sioux Falls. Growing up in Sioux Falls with her mother and brothers, she then made the move to Watertown to be closer to her brother after graduation. After moving to Watertown, she met her now husband and began working with Lindsey and Matt and has been a instrumental piece in bringing this vision to life. She works in all areas of the locker, but mainly focuses on customer service and retail services.
She has a fun loving personality and is always ready with a joke.
Chris is a Watertown graduate and has been working with Lindsey and Matt for over 13 years around the farm and now in the locker. Chris enjoys working on his car outside of work, and spending time in the water any chance he gets. He and wife Codi helped rebuild the locker from the ground up.

KF Lead
Isiah Kiefer
Isiah Keifer has proven to be a truly incredible team member and friend. He lives in Watertown with his girlfriend. He joined the team in 2024 and has quickly adapted to the chaos of the butchery. A former EMT, he now spends his time outside of work curating costumes for the Haunted Forest, testing out new recipes, and attending concerts whenever possible.
Even though he came to us after our reopen, he loves the transparency of Jungers Farms Butchery and working with local small businesses to bring the best quality products to our customers. We are overjoyed to have such an incredible person on our team!

Processing Team
Brett and Vicky Egerstrom
That's right, because two husband - wife duo's weren't enough, we have yet a third couple working at Jungers Farms Butchery!
Brett and Vicky Egerstrom are long time friends of the crew here. Living in Watertown with their two kids, this couple stays busy - watching football games, riding bike, kayaking, and traveling!
Brett is full time jumping between the processing floor and kill floor whenever needed, He is quick to break down cows and pigs and is always looking to improve his skills.,
Vicky works part time when she isn't working in Brookings. She helps out with odd- end jobs including processing, packaging, cleaning, and more!
